Subscription Policy

Grey’s Florals offers recurring floral subscription services for residential, corporate, retail, and hospitality clients. Subscription arrangements are custom-designed using the freshest seasonal blooms and are created in Grey’s Florals’ signature style unless otherwise agreed upon.

Billing

The initial subscription purchase is taken through Squarespace Payments in order to gather information about the order. Squarespace Payments does not store card information unless option is selected during checkout. Grey’s Florals doesn’t have access/cannot see the card information if customer chooses to store card info.

All remaining recurring payments will be billed by Square POS system. Using Square is so pausing or cancelling subscription can be done easily for both parties. Late payments have a grace period of 7 days. After 7 days, all deliveries will cease and a late fee will be added on. Deliveries will cease until invoice is paid in full

Subscription Scheduling

Floral subscriptions are fulfilled on a recurring schedule selected at the time of booking, including weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly delivery options.

Delivery dates and time windows may vary based on flower availability, holidays, weather conditions, traffic, or event volume. Grey’s Florals will make every reasonable effort to maintain consistent delivery timing. Once subscription is purchased, we will reach out to get a 2 hour time window that works best for the client.

Subscription Changes & Cancellations

Subscription pauses & modifications must be submitted in writing at least two weeks (14 days) before the next scheduled delivery date.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 business days before the next scheduled delivery date.

Last-minute cancellations or skipped deliveries may still be subject to full or partial charges due to flower sourcing and production commitments.

Vase Exchange & Pick-Up Policy

Subscription arrangements may include the use of reusable rental vessels or vases provided by Grey’s Florals.

Clients agree to leave previous subscription vases available for exchange at the time of delivery or coordinate a separate vase pickup if necessary.

Failure to return rental vases may result in replacement charges.

If a vase pickup is required outside of the scheduled subscription delivery window, an additional pickup or delivery fee may apply.

Delivery Fees

Subscription pricing does not automatically include delivery unless otherwise stated in writing.

Delivery fees are calculated based on delivery location/zip code

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Rush deliveries

  • Re-delivery attempts

  • Holiday deliveries

Replacement Policy

All Subscription options are subject and fall under Grey’s Florals Replacement Policy. Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. We will collect the original arrangement and deliver a replacement at no additional cost. To help us understand the issue and maintain our signature quality, a photo of the original arrangement is required. We want you to be happy, and we will do whatever we can to make it right!

Access & Delivery Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and accessible delivery conditions. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information, lack of access, gated entry, unavailable recipient, or unsafe conditions, Grey’s Florals reserves the right to leave the arrangement in a secure location when appropriate and approved by sender/client or attempt redelivery for an additional fee.

Grey’s Florals is not responsible for floral quality once arrangements have been left unattended, exposed to weather, or delivered according to provided instructions.
